Appointment Cancellation Policy
Krista DiCocco Hair Studio asks that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Any cancellation made after the 48 hour window will be charged a fee of 50% of booked services. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients that are 10 minutes late may have to reschedule, and will be subject to a $20 rescheduling fee.
